Returns and Exchanges

Every Fait à Main piece is handpainted and made for you in our studio. Please read our policy before ordering.

Ready to Ship Pieces

Pieces without personalization may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.

• Start your return or exchange from the Returns page on our website.
• A $10 return fee applies to every return and exchange and is deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping is not refunded.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your piece is received and inspected.

Personalized and Final Sale Pieces

Pieces made with a monogram, initials, custom colors or any other personalization, items sent to us for painting, and pieces marked final sale on their product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 7 days of delivery through the Returns page with photos of the item and packaging. There is no return fee in this case: we cover return shipping and will repair, replace or refund your piece. Small variations in paint and material are part of a handmade piece and are not defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After 24 hours your piece enters production and can no longer be canceled.

Bespoke Pieces and Live Painting Events

A deposit reserves your date. Deposits are non refundable and may be transferred to a future date with at least 14 days notice. The final balance is due before delivery or the event and is non refundable once work has begun.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders follow the terms of your signed wholesale agreement.

All returns and exchanges follow this policy. We are unable to make exceptions.
