Monogram & Customization Policy

All monogrammed and customized items are made to order and created specifically for each client.
For this reason, all personalization and customization orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified once production has begun.

We encourage clients to carefully review all initials, spelling, placement, and design selections before confirming their order, as Fait à Main is not responsible for errors approved at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
